A
big thank-you, to all who took the time and effort to
participate in Meadowvale’s survey. This year’s survey
provided invaluable information that will help
Meadowvale’s board continue to fine tune our policies
and procedures.
A
number of steps for improvement are underway for this
season. Concerns expressed were all thoroughly
investigated, and the need to keep all comments
absolutely confidential was strictly maintained. All
comments on continuing to improve evaluations,
convening, and on-going coach training have been
considered to make this season even more successful.
