- No arena passes will be processed until course is completed.

Please do not register online for an assistant coach or volunteer position until you have been requested to do so by the team’s head coach. The head coach is responsible for selecting their own coaching staff and please note that this year the number of volunteers per team will be limited due to rising insurance costs.

If you attempt to register but leave the system for a period of time, the system may well log you out. It then leaves you at the MHL site NOT the Meadowvale site – look for the ‘Hawk’ symbol in the top right hand side. You will need to log back on to the Meadowvale site. It is better to have all your documents ready before you start.

So before you begin registering you will need the following:

Your ‘Speak Out’ Harassment & Abuse number. It is mandatory that everyone involved with Meadowvale has this. If you don’t have an H&A certificate you will need to book yourself on a course – the course details are available on our website - click here for details - you will not be able to register without this.

Date police check was submitted to Meadowvale. If you were registered last year and do not have this information, please contact Walter Heyden at: w.heyden@sympatico.ca
If you are new to Meadowvale you will need to get a Police check done. Forms are no longer available online - they are available from the coach's locker at Meadowvale 4 Rinks - President's mailbox - please ask your head coach to provide you with one. We will require the original stamped document which you receive back from the police (please make a copy) which needs to be placed in the mailbox at M4R for the attention of Walter Heyden, Assistant House league Director. These are then be held by the MHL office.

A head & shoulders digital photograph in j.peg format must be uploaded.
THIS YEAR THIS IS REQUIRED FOR EVERYONE including Ice Puppys staff and volunteers - even if a pass is not being issued. You will not be able to complete your registration without a valid photo. Inappropriate photos will delay registration approval.

Coaching certificate number - if registering for a head coach position

Valid Trainer number and expiry date - if registering for a trainer position

In order to register, please Read the online screen instructions and follow the directions below:

· If you have registered a player this season, please use the same user id/password – use the ‘LOG ON’ option. If you did not register a player but did coach with Meadowvale last season and have not received/have misplaced the user id/password please contact me: registrar@meadowvalehockey.com

· If you do not have a player registered with Meadowvale and did not coach at Meadowvale last season – i.e. you have never received a user id or logon before use the “REGISTER” option. Complete the primary contact/parent profile (i.e. the first screen) and then ‘register for services’. A User Id and password will be emailed to you for future use.

Once you have entered your details you will get a screen as per below.

Click on: “Please continue to complete registration (s)”

Select “Register for Services” -

Select the name of the person registering from the drop down box and then click on “Head coach”, or “Assistant Coach”, or “Manager” etc. and continue.

Next fill out your details and attach a picture (jpeg format):

If you are on more than one team continue to “register for services”
