Meadowvale's Annual Confidential Survey 2009/10
The Meadowvale Minor Hockey Association (MMHA) is continually looking for ways to improve the hockey experience for all. As it is not possible for us to monitor all that happens with teams, we rely on feedback from interested parents, coaches and players to help identify areas for improvement.
What do we do with your responses? Your name and comments are never revealed to coaches and staff members. All information is kept confidential!
Please complete one survey for each registered player. This will take approximately 10 minutes to complete.
Your opinion counts at Meadowvale.

EVALUATIONS & CONVENING
Evaluations (tryouts) start the season each year. Our goal is to place each player at his/her correct skill level. For House League teams, the first six weeks of each season is devoted to convening. Convening is an independent effort to ensure that the player evaluations were handled correctly and that teams, and individual players, have been placed correctly. Each age level is convened by a Committee, chaired by an MHL Director and staffed by one representative from each Area Association. In your opinion, how did we do this season?
What was the issue.

COACHING
Coaching is a process that is constantly evolving and developing. Each year a substantial amount of time and money is invested to ensure that Coaches receive the training and guidance required.
The role of a coach is very important when you consider the tremendous influence they have on players well beyond the contact at the arena.
The three main roles of a coach are Teaching, Organization and Leadership.
How did your coach rate this season rate in the following areas?
